So I thought I'd start a new topic for those that might be wanting to or thinking of jazzing up their Austral.

So here are a few things i'm thinking of:-

I think in the grey colours it looks better than a dark logo. Thoughts?

Also found these led cup holder mats with Renault logo Seeing as that area is a bit dark! I'm not sure if they'll fit yet though, I've ordered some and will update you.

Thought these door projectors might add a touch of flare!

I'd be a bit cautious with using the logo decals tbh. That's where the radar is housed, so whilst I'm sure it probably wouldn't have any effect, in the event that there was a system failure of some kind you may just find it would absolve Renault of any liability. If it was just a warranty claim maybe not too bad but in the event of an accident it could get rather costly.

Do agree with you though that in the case of the grey colour scheme it looks quite effective, at least in the photo.

I would like to have the stainless steel door sill guards that also wrap around the sill edge if they become available in the future.
The Renault Alpine ones fitted to the iconic are quite small and leaves the sill edge unprotected which is where most wear occurs.
Looking at the sill guards on my previous car makes you realise how much of a good job they do.
Has anyone come across this type yet for the Austral ?
I have ordered the Renault Splash / mud guards and a chrome tailgate strip which I think will be quite nice against the grey / black paintwork.
