Driver Air Vents Malfunction!?

Has anyone here tried to use the mid way air vents in the driver side?
Mine don't seem to be letting out any air.
Passenger side works fine.
Is there an open/ close of vent on the driver side as there is on the passenger side? I couldn't see one!

There is a small lever under each vent on the driver's side which opens or closes the airflow.

You know, I did exactly the same thing. Had a mutter that the driver vents weren't working then the Mrs lent over and pointed out the lever...
