Dash display

So I picked up my new austral today
So far so good, I’m a bit confused with the changing dash options, I’ve been checking out all the YouTube’s on them and seams everybody’s dash seems to have a circle on left with speed etc in and a circle on right showing electric options etc , I’ve scrolled pushed pressed everything and cannot get this display to show on my dash am I just doing something wrong

By pressing the "view" button on the steering wheel the dash display will scroll through the various displays each time you press the button coming back round to the display you started on.

On MY25 (New models) ..Those two circles are NOT available they changed the dash display to a new set up on the 25 MY ..

As Seasiders said I contacted renault and was told the same
