Hi,
Is anyone having difficulty charging their mobile phone. I have purchased a new iphone 15 and was told it will automatically charge in my car if placed onto the charging pad. I have down this and nothing happens. Are there any adjustments I need t make on the phone or in the car settings to make this happen

It works on my car but you need to fiddle a bit to find the right spot on the pad. I use it with an android it works but sometimes it gets very hot and it shuts down :)

Has never worked on my wife or mine's Samsung's despite moving it around so wasn't convinced it worked at all but a few weeks back we went to see our son and his phone charged first time no problems.

My wife's I phone 12 charges fine on our Iconic version but it does get warm she said.
She has a case on her phone also.
I would very much expect your phone to be wireless charging compatible try removing the case if you have one on it which can cause issues sometimes.
Does it charge on a separate wireless charger

They should be wireless charger compatible but we don't have any other wireless charging systems to try them on.
I tried mine with and without the case but it made no difference.

Doesn't really bother me though as I can't recall ever having had to charge any of my phones whilst on the move and even if I did I'd just plug it into the USB.
We never expected the wireless charging to be included with the Techno Esprit Alpine anyway so it's not like we were short changed on a feature we expected to have.
