Still not connecting to the "OpenR" interface.

This is getting annoying now.

Had my Austral Techno Alpine a week now & it's STILL not connecting all I get is a "Please Wait while we connect to your current device" ...."device"!!!????

Oh & still no Sat Nav guidance showing on the HUD
(Put that down to the none connecting of the "OpenR" system ??????..eeerrr maybe??..

I can’t connect my iPhone either it’s so annoying.
I’ve given up trying but it shouldn’t be like this.

I had trouble connecting my iPhone when I picked the car up from the dealer - I turned off Personal Hotspot on the phone then it connected ok....

Right ho...solution incoming......

My Nephew happens to sale mgr for Renault Manchester...I gave him a call ...
Apprantely you have to "sign out" of EVERYTHING your phone is connected to (google/outlook/gmail/apple/android) ....
You then connect to the car FIRST ..then resign into everything you signed out of !!!!!

If your "connected" to ANY service it will NOT let you connect to "Open "R" ...it will just sit there with "connecting" on the Screen....FOREVER!! ..
