Our Austral car ( brand new ) has a number of DAB / FM radio icons that populate the main radio screen.
Only a few have pictures inside the icon to show the station name.
For the life of me I cannot see how to re-scan the radio lists to re-populate the station list or even how to do a fresh radio channel scan.
Any ideas please.

Having notified Renault customer servicers about the Radio Icons problem, They have replied that a software fix is on the horizon but did not say when. I thought at first this was positive news, but after reading posts elsewhere, this response has been given out to others with similar wording last year.
Lets wait and see. My car is a DEC 2023 build delivered April 2024.
The dealer has said channels update themselves and the Icon issue is still to be resolved with no time frame given.
I have far more FM logo pics but very few DAB logo pics.
Please inform Renault yourselves so they get an idea of the scale of this strange bug,

I have no logos on my DAB except bbc.
Reported it to technical team and still unable to resolve it? They say it’s known but no update yet to resolve it!!
In addition no windscreen washer fluid level warning indicator seems odd? ???
My DAB radio does not allow greatest hits radio to change regional areas automatically which is a complete pain!!!
Again report it to technical but no improvement yet or update that works.

Looking at older posts and viewing other forums this radio icon problem has been there since the start.
Come on Renault get your act together, or have you given up finding a solution already.
I asked google lady to fix it ( LOL ) she couldn't either and suggested I go back to old medium wave channels.

There's something odd here as the DAB radio shows the icons for BBC stations which would suggest it works, however it does not seem to show any others although I have had an icon from a commercial station down near the south coast a couple of times.
