Having got my Austral in April. Overall all is good.
The one thing I wonder if anyone can assist with as the official help desk is not forthcoming.
Apple car Play. So we have 2 users set up in the car. Both of us use iPhones. Whilst individually they connect to the car for phone use etc. it does not reliably connect automatically to Car Play. Having reset the phones network settings it connects to one of the 2 then auto connect for a day or 2. I get in and my phone doesn’t connect at all! Then next day. Other user gets in and neither does theirs?
I have tried loads of options. But to no avail. Any help or found fixes would be appreciated.

I've only got the one user in my car but I also have connection issues with my iPhone. Most of the time it connects automatically but then other times it doesn't - the times it doesn't I still get the CarPlay screen pop when I get notifications (WhatsApp, Find My) but then goes straight back to the Google Maps screen and won't let have the CarPlay screen on...

Same issue, although it is Android to Apple and vice versa, really doesn't work well, It takes a couple of start / stop/ lock / unlock before the damn thing realizes that it needs to changeover.
